I love Dr. Dugas and his staff! They are caring, kind and give you the attention that you need and desire. He explains everything in detail and helps you choose the appropriate option for the best results in your recovery. I do know that he is a great surgeon, he fixed this girl's rotator cuff perfectly and now I'm back to normal. I can't speak highly enough about him!

Dr. Lyle Cain, as well as every physician and team member at Andrews Sports Medicine, were and are absolutely phenomenal. They carefully examined me, discussed all options and ultimately treated me like family when it came to surgery. Dr. Cain’s magnificent skill and expertise as a surgeon are perhaps only matched by his reassuring knowledge and caring bedside manner. Just a class act all around in his preparation and ability to consistently deliver the most effective surgical options at the highest level. They use the most advanced technology to maximize results in the least invasive manner possible ensuring an efficient and successful recovery. I literally chose Dr. Cain for my shoulder surgery in Alabama and I live in Florida because he’s the best, period. 5+ Stars

Posted his original MRI report here and Dr. Dugas original paperwork for the surgery. Doing for Jerry Swinford. Dr. Dugas saw him in 2020 Mencius tear huge cyst on top knee and behind. He scheduled him for surgery, which got canceled due to Covid. He has lived in pain to the point it is so bad he can't walk. His job requires him to lay flooring and climb ladders. He was told when I called we had to see Dr. Ortega first since it had been so long. First his trainee came in the room so rude. The tone of Well WHY ARE YOU HERE like there was no reason. we explained his MRI should be on file. Dr Ortega came in just as rude basically implying Dr. Dugas had scheduled him for surgery for something he could live with. Like Dr. Dugas was wanting to operate for financial gain. We do not believe that. Dr. Ortega in 2020 was asked to drain fluid off his knee by Dr. Dugas. Well that was beyond his ability and Dr. Dugas had to come do it. Ortega was not being a Doctor in the true since he was not paying attention to what the patient knows they feel. It was if we had to beg for it to be taken seriously. Told him to take a Tylenol and Therapy might help. We did manage to get a new MRI on the books. Obviously we have no trust in Ortega and will not be seeing him ever again. So I need direction what to do after we go get the MRI because we do not want to talk to Ortega ever again. Our trust is in Dugas and if it isn't possible to see him. We will look into seeing Dr. Labib. We have been using this group since Andrews and Lemak the entire active family. I have had 4 surgeries thru you and my daughter 2 my husband a bunch of neck blocks. This worst experience ever. I called Cindy Cox who has worked there forever not now apparently. We have been friends 60 years. She knows this wasn't the way you do business. Ortega in not even close to the quality of Kim Fagan which used to have that job How is he supposed to work when he can't climb a ladder or lay flooring on his knee. Dr. Fagan has already had to treat him for a staff infection with the one cyst ruptured in 2019. I have tons of photos MRI and report which your office should have as well. For the purpose Dr Dugas may read this added original mri report and papers where surgery was scheduled. Yet Ortega had none of it and lied about it Blocked me on Facebook instead of deleting my post. My husband and I have been patients for over 25 years!!!!!!!

I met Dr. Kim for the first time yesterday and boy was I & my Husband impressed!! I've had multiple spine surgeries over the past 30+ years and one surgeon was Fantastic but retired & luckily he referred his patients over to Dr. Kim & now I know why...He is EXCEPTIONAL!! He was VERY patient and took the time to explain everything going on with my cervical spine and what type of surgery I would need. He went over my MRI with me and explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand. He even saw something a lil strange on the films that needed another specialist's attention and wanted to be certain I got that seen about before deciding when to do the surgery. I have no doubt I am in Great Hands with Dr. Kim & so Blessed that he is in Alabama/available for me & others in my situation to get to be treated by a Fantastic Surgeon. I'll update after surgery but I'm certain it will be a positive, glowing update. Thanks for instilling confidence in me about the surgery Dr. Kim, it makes a HUGE difference when a Doctor is kind, understanding and extremely skilled as you are!:)

Excellent experience all around. My son had ACL surgery and we chose to drive from TN because of the high reviews we continued to hear about Dr. Cain. The office made this such an easy experience from the first visit through the entire process. Ascension gave excellent care during the surgery and Dr. Cain’s confidence and professionalism made my son feel better about having this surgery. He is on the road to recovery and we could not be more thankful for choosing Dr. Cain and his practice.
